We just received our order in less than a week from time we placed it. I am not sure where to write my testimonials, so please use my below comments;
Thanks you for great and prompt service. I loved everything we purchased: Tefilin with velvet bag, beautiful embroider name on Tefillin Bag and same on the Tallit bag, and great Tefilin Mehudarim. My tefillin arrived yestarday and they are wonderful. It was an extra pleasure when I dovened this morning. Although I am 70 this is my first tefillin and it was so nice not to have to make a token movement from arm to head when I did the v'havta after the s'hma.
